Abstract : In the present work, a new analysis of coconut coir mechanical behavior is reinforced by epoxy resin (CCER) composites were presented. The mixing composites were fabricated using the compression molding technique to produce three eco-friendly ratios between natural and synthetic materials. These composites ratios are 75% of coconut coir and 25% of epoxy (75C25E), 80% of coconut coir and 20% of epoxy (80C20E), and 85% of coconut coir and 15% of epoxy (85C15E). The images of the coconut coir were captured using Nikon SMZ 745T microscope and their mechanical properties were analyzed using tensile, impact, and surface roughness tests. The collected data were analyzed using statistical analysis. Numerical computations and graphical demonstrations are carried out to observe the mechanical behavior of the CCER composites according to the three ratios. The different ratios of CCER composites will be affected by their mechanical behavior. The outcomes demonstrated that due to the synergistic effect of reinforcements, the composite with 75% coconut coir had better mechanical behavior than the other composites. Furthermore, the mechanically tested samples were subjected to a surface roughness test to investigate the impact of CNC router machine spindle speed parameters.
