Optimization of Process Parameter of FDM Parts for Better Dimensional Accuracy

Abstract
Abstract - Due to advancement in additive manufacturing lot of material is getting produced by 3d printing and to make the process more inclusive in industry researcher are finding area of cost out to make the process more economical in batch mode as well as mass production but still some problem is there like dimensional accuracy, this paper aim to understand the relation between dimensional accuracy and process parameter like layer height, nozzle speed and nozzle temperature. In industry Polylactic acid (PLA) material is used for prototyping and making fixture as it is highly used in industry due it strength and less material cost . with this process helping scalability and use to create better product Keywords - Taguchi Method; Stereolithography; Fused Deposition Modelling; Additive Manufacturing
