A Review Article on The Thermal Conductivity of Composites

Abstract
Thermal conductivity data of the parent material is of utmost importance for the thermal design of components. The thermal conductivity of the parent material is a function of temperature. With the enhancement in science and technology, the properties of the parent material can be altered by mixing the filler particles in various morphology. The combination of the parent material and filler particles is known as composites. These composites are used in various applications such as space, cryogenics, etc. The thermal conductivity data of these composites especially at low temperatures are not available in the open literature. Therefore, in this manuscript, we have reported the thermal conductivity data of composite at different temperatures. This work will be very useful for researchers working in the area of composites.
