Paper Title
Speed Decoupled Asymmetric SRM Drive Using CUK Converter

Abstract
The aim of this article is to regulate the speed of an SRM drive in an electric vehicle (EV) application. Typically, a motor inverter is utilized to control speed, but this method can be quite complex. To make the speed control process simpler, a front- end Cuk Converter is utilized. This allows for the separation of speed control and SRM drive control into two separate processes. The speed control can be achieved through both open- loop and closed-loop control by simply adjusting the front-end Cuk converter. The utilization of this method has the capacity to increase efficiency by minimizing the power switching loss of the Modified Asymmetric Half Bridge Converter(MAHBC) with four phases.
