Design and Implementation of Night Patrolling Robot Using Arduino

Abstract
In this 21st century, the recent technology is developing day by day and moving towards modernization where people are inventing innovative ideas and ways to make their life easier. The security sector is also developing and evolving day by day but it is still not enough. Still, there is lacking in this particular sector, so integrating robots with this sector is a relatively new thing but it stands out to be effective. Since it is a new thing so not many industries have still adopted it, however, they are expensive. In this paper an autonomous as well as controllable robot which will be equipped with a camera and suitable sensors are implemented. It can be used in patrolling (especially at night) and sensors being its eyes can help in autonomous driving. The aim will be to provide a robot with Arduino that can follow the restricted path by following the line embedded in the ground. It can capture the environment around itself and sending it to the user. Also, it can detect obstacles and can avoid them. Keywords - Autonomous, Surveillance, Nonholonomic, Telepresence
