Paper Title
A Review on Number Plate Dehazingon Rainy Images

Abstract
Vehicle Identification Number (VNPI) is a part of digital image processing and is often used to classify vehicles in the transportation system. License plate recognition systems are used in vehicle tracking, tracking of stolen vehicles, automatic electronic devices, etc. It has many applications such as. It aids the field of compute r vision by using fog image detection and estimation, autofocus, and image quality measurement. This opens the fields of cloud detection, cloud image estimation, and image deblurring. Fog images are defined as the stage where the image content is difficult to read and understand. Images can be blurred due to irregularity, poor quality, poor lighting and incorrect equipment. The proposed work contributes to the study of removing image noise that may affect the fog detection process. Want to determine the best threshold that forms the basis of fog detection? The image is divided into two types, dark image and fog-free image, based on recognition. Rainy and cloudy environments cause problems in license plate recognition. This article draws on digital image processing, computer vision, and technology models to examine the licensing certification system for this medium. Keywords - image fog, license plate recognition, image removal.
