Abstract : Abstract - The Motion Simulation tool is an effective way to simulate and evaluate large displacement complex motion of Mechanical systems such mechanisms, tools & machines etc in Virtual setup .This technology is widely used in companies ,organizations and institutions to get better understanding of the performance of the products or systems before they were physically manufactured or fabricated. First, we create the 3D Model of components of the Mechanism using Siemens NX software, followed by assembly of the same .later the Model is opened in Motion Application, where it is simulated by assigning links, joints and drivers to analyse the motion of the required components. The results can be obtained in form of Displacement vs time graph.
