Analyzing Bank Stability in the Republic of Bulgaria: Mathematical Modeling and Systemic Assessment
Abstract
This research study examines the bank stability of the banking system in the Republic of Bulgaria, employing
mathematical modeling and systemic assessment. The aim is to analyze the trends, challenges, and factors influencing the
stability of banks in Bulgaria, with a focus on developing mathematical models that can provide valuable insights into the
overall system stability. The study utilizes a comprehensive dataset of financial indicators and macroeconomic variables to
construct mathematical models that capture the dynamics of bank stability. By applying advanced quantitative techniques
and statistical analysis, the research identifies key determinants of bank stability and assesses their impact on the overall
resilience of the banking system. The findings of this study contribute to a better understanding of the factors affecting the
bank stability in the Republic of Bulgaria and provide valuable recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders to
enhance the stability of the banking system.
