The Importance of Box Compression Testing in The Packaging Industry

Abstract
Box Compression Test (BCT) represents an essential method for evaluating the strength and integrity of packaging in the modern industry. In this paper, we investigated the impact of the BCT on box performance and obtained significant results highlighting its crucial importance in ensuring efficient distribution and adequate product protection. Through our experiments and analyses, we gained a clearer understanding of how box strength can influence supply chain safety and efficiency. Our results demonstrate that the BCT is not only a vital tool for assessing packaging quality but also an important instrument for identifying and addressing potential issues in packaging design and production. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of the Box Compression Test in the packaging industry and highlights that, through the obtained results, we now have a clearer understanding of how this test can contribute to ensuring efficient distribution and use of resources while promoting sustainability and product safety.
