Abstract : Global warming is one of the problems that is attracting the world's attention. Several institutional studies, both from within and outside the country, show that the climate in Indonesia has changed since 1960, although scientific analysis and data are still limited. The lack of application of green in the campus environment, especially at universities in Bali, can be seen from the research on green campuses in Indonesia mostly on the assessment of the level of green campus implementation and aims to describe the concept of an environmentally friendly campus by applying the concept of an environmentally friendly campus including land use and education, while environmental problems are still found, namely energy use, waste problems, water problems and transportation problems. Based on research on the application of green in Bali, it shows that the application of green is also influenced by culture, behavior and perceptions, namely: antipathy/resistance to implementing green, less aware of the benefits of green and feel no need for green. The research method used is a quantitative method with surveys, namely research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative/statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The hypothesis is then tested through field data collection. Furthermore, the data collected will be analyzed quantitatively using inferential statistics so that it can be concluded that the hypothesis is formulated to design the concept of a green campus application model in the Civil Engineering department. The results showed that the strongest indicator of waste management (Z1) is Z13 = 0.275 (organic waste treatment) and the weakest indicator is Z14 = 0.267 (inorganic waste treatment). The strongest indicator of water conservation (Z2) is Z22 = 0.372 (implementation of recycled water utilization programs on campus) and the weakest indicator is Z21 = 0.356 (implementation of water conservation programs on campus). And the strongest indicator of transportation policy (Z3) is Z34 = 0.237 (number of initiatives to reduce private vehicles on campus) and the weakest indicator is Z35 = 0.227 (pedestrian policy on campus).
