Abstract : This paper, after analyzing the role of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the process of industrialization and
modernization of Vietnam, will focus on assessing the impact of the digital economy on productivity, and suggest some
solutions to promote the digital economy in order to realize the goals set out in the National Target Program on digital
transformation and development of Vietnam's digital economy.
