Auto-Generated Functions and Generation Algorithms on Spreadsheets: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract
The number of functions in spreadsheet programs has grown, making it more challenging to manually handle the process of remembering these functions, selecting the correct function, and correctly applying them. With the aim of searching for automatic generation implementations of these formulas, this paper proposes a systematic literature review covering the papers that developed a generator for spreadsheets or conducted research about spreadsheet formulas. The articles published between the years of 2012 and 2022 were included in this literature review. Keywords - Spreadsheet, Formula Generation, Function Generation
