Abstract : The pandemic has expanded technology use, particularly financial services, and changed society and economies. The research analysis suggests ways to evaluate blockchain technology's impact on the global economy and have shown its promise in traditional financial services. FinTech is an amalgamation of financial services and technologies like AI, Blockchain, IoT, Bigdata and cloud computing. This paper discusses FinTech, which partly employs blockchain technology’s consensus-based verification and boosts financial sector trust by eliminating the necessary third-party confirmation. This paper reviews the important blockchain-based FinTech applications, FinTech sectors and segments. This research investigates how the blockchain platform works, identifies its benefits for business and economic transactions, and lastly discusses how new technology affects organization in financial operations. The core argument is that DLT – blockchain has had a significant impact on the financial industry and has the ability to radically revolutionize not only the financial sector but also on purchasesell, communication with authorities to verify ownership from authorship, and produce organic food etc. This paper outlines blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) applications for FinTech to shape the future of financial solutions in terms of implementation, limitations, and challenges. SWOT analysis and future research directions finish this work by using data and synthesis of knowledge from technology, economics, finance, and politics. The study found that the technology is already in use and has a major impact on the financial sector, and it is likely to change numerous businesses in the next five to ten years. This technology is helping businesses capitalize on the Fourth Technological Revolution. Keywords - Fintech, Blockchain, Consensus, Global Economy, AI, Big Data, Iot and Cloud Computing.
