Abstract : Worldwide, in the first decade of the twenty-first century, the number of refugees has been enlarged importantly. Millions of persons are compelled to seek asylum and protection of their life and liberty outside their country. More commonly, the development of refugee rights at an international level like the growth of humanitarian law is relatively a latest phenomenon. It emphases on the increase and process of this global agenda. It emphasizes the interface between international and regional human rights treaties and international conventions.
