Diabetes affects a significant number of people; high blood pressure, age, lack of exercise, obesity, hereditary diabetes, lifestyle and other factors all play a part. If remain untreated, diabetes can result in a number of serious concerns in a person such as coronary heart problems, renal problems, blood pressure, eye damage and it can also have an effect on other organs of the human body. In current circumstances, even after Independence women’s are still fighting for their rights and facing consequences like exploitation, sexual abuse, rape, eve-teasing, acid attack and what not? As per the terrifying statistics any girl or women are raped every 16 minutes somewhere in India and every single hour 49 incidences of brutality opposed to women is reported. To prevent from all these odds especially women need a device to protect from evil eyes of the society and it acts as Self-defence device. In previous system the alert for the women is done through the application, there is no self vibrator and also Internet connection is must. The proposed system notices danger automatically and warns women to be careful. The device can be kept inside the handbags so that the women can carry it anywhere. Then send alert message to the parents or relatives whose number has been registered and it also contains shock system for Self-defence to the women. It is an automatic alert system with easily carriable safety solution for the current problem. This device is cost effective and which works without the internet connectivity. Keywords - Internet Connection, Alert Message, Shock System, Self-defence, Automatic Alert System . I. INTRODUCTION In India, ladies safety is major and hot topic which is widely discussing everywhere nowadays not only limited to the country but also in global level. Women are neither safe at home nor outside. The crime rate against women is on peak level in India. In our dayto- day life we see so many domestic violence, sexual assault, rapes, eve-teasing, acid attack, dowry cases, body shaming, assassinations in news channels, social medias and newspapers. To prevent from all these odds women needs to be strong enough and get the courage to face the reality of the society. There are various components related to safety for women offered in the shop, which will offer aid at the phase of dangers. “Precautions are always better than cure”, for this we came up with the safety device. This safety device is an attempt to solve security issues related to the women in modern world. It is an automatic alert system with easily carriable device, which can be placed in any bags and handbags etc. Goal of the proposed system is to afford care for the ladies, particularly to them who voyages at night-time and to dangerous places. In this proposed system the victim and a close relative would be able to communicate using SMS text over GSM mobile message under the suggested approach. The study is comprised of three sections, which are structured as follows, an introduction is found in section 1, followed by a literature survey in section 2. Lastly, section 3 consists of the conclusion. II. LITERATURE
