Abstract : The consumer requirement is increased for Cloud services are increasing rapidly. Scalability is the primary factor
to select cloud as the platform. The efficient resource selection is important while developing a multi cloud. Cloud
Orchestration framework is capable of designing a multi cloud in a cost effect manner. Allocation of resources,
Interoperability, Monitoring and Data Interpretation are the different parts of Resource Allocation and Management in multi
cloud platform .Big data is used in the main app so that the application can store different types of data like video, images,
text document.
