Abstract : In the future, artificial intelligence (AI) is likely to substantially change both the tourism industry and tourist behavior. At present, research on artificial intelligence and tourism is receiving widespread attention, but most of them focus on a certain subject or a specific aspect of the tourism industry. For example, artificial intelligence influences the behavior of tourists and tourism enterprises. Heritage tourism has always been a significant part of the global travel industry, with millions of people visiting historical sites, museums, and cultural attractions every year. As technology continues to advance, the way we experience these destinations is also evolving. One of the most exciting developments in recent years has been the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the world of heritage tourism. This cutting-edge technology is revolutionizing the way we explore the past, offering new and immersive experiences that bring history to life like never before.
