Abstract : The primary goal of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the job order contract procurement (JOCP) process in the ABC state enterprise, focusing on work quality, budget savings, and time reductions. Additionally, the research examined how problems, limitations, knowledge, and understanding influenced JOCP efficiency. Data related to problems and limitations were collected in three areas: scope of work, procurement procedures, and relevant laws and regulations. Similarly, data on knowledge and understanding covered both general aspects and those specific to job order contract procurement. A questionnaire was employed to gather information from a sample of 99 employees involved in the JOCP process, with the data analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis methods. The findings indicated that employees at ABC perceived the efficiency of JOCP as the highest in terms of work quality, followed by budget savings and time reductions. In addition, overall efficiency was found to have a positive correlation with knowledge and understanding onjob order contract procurement; however, there was a negative relationship with problems or limitations regardingthe scope of work and procurement procedures.
