Abstract : The technique of identifying moving vehicles is a crucial component of an Intelligent Transportation system.
During the course of the previous decade, a significant amount of effort has been devoted towards the production of output
for this task. Despite this, the performances of the majority of these solutions continue to lag far below human perception. In
this article, the object detection problem is investigated, and a review and analysis of the most significant and up-to-date
approaches are presented. Our proposal is to divide all of these methods into a number of distinct categories, each of which
would be determined by the guiding concept and primary characteristics of the method in question. In addition, investigate
and highlight their suggested approaches, the weather conditions indicated for the proposed ways, as well as certain other
factors like as jamming and shadow impacts on the cars..
