Abstract : Titanium dioxide nanoparticles are considered mostly popular because of its white color in awidespread group of nanoparticles currently working in the industry; where itsbroadly used as a whitening food additive (E 171). The antibacterial activity of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) has been widely documented and used for food packaging and/or environmental protection. In this work, first, bacteria L.rhamnosushas been removed from infant feces to produce TiO2 nanoparticles. After this, the bacteria L.rhamnosushas been used toexamine the biologically characterized nanoparticle usingtechniques such as, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) & Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM)).The antimicrobial activity of TiO2 NPS ofL.rhamnosus has been studied. Additionally, the antibacterial activities ofTiO2 NPS that has beendetached from L.rhamnosustoward some of enteric pathogens that has been measured applying a well diffusion meansat different concentrations (200,300,400,500,600) mg. The results of this study showed that the nanoparticles’ morphological characteristics include a spherical form& mean size of 70 nm obtained using AFM. Furthermore,SEMobservednanoparticles’ morphological characteristics as an oval form with anataseshape synthesized by L.rhamnosus. In fact, the TiO2-NP created by L.rhamnosushad an inhibitory influencetowardS. typhi and k.pneumoniae at a concentration 32 mg/ml &16 mg/ml forE. coli ,proteus sp., E.faecalis and shigella sp.The antibacterial effect of the synthesized TIO2 nanoparticlesevaluatedby the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) toward pathogenic bacteria including, Klebsiella pneumonia, E.coli and salmonella typhi.Generally, the biologically created titanium nanoparticles observed its effective toward all tested bacteria atdifferent degrees. Finally, the maximum zone of inhibition towardK.pneumonia,E. faecalis, (19mm)and E. coli(23mm) at 600mg and the least inhibition zone has been observed towardProteus and shigella (11 mm) at 200 and 300mg. However, no inhibition zone revealed by S.typhithroughE. coli (18 mm) and k. pneumonia17mm at 500 mg concentration . Keywords - Tio2 Nanoparticles,Entericbacteria,Biosynthesis,Antibacterial Activity
