Abstract : The success of a project is determined by project performance, which is linked to leadership decision making, which is also impacted by Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience. Objective: The intent of this case study is to investigate the impact of leadership decision making on project performance in terms of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. Methodology: To achieve the research purpose, the approach employed for this study is separated into two stages. In first stage, research articles were screened from database such as Science direct, Emerald, ResearchGate, and the final 28 papers were chosen for further study. And in second stage, Data for the case study were gathered from the promoter's office and the site through interviews, observations, documents, and records. Findings: the study reveals that Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience enable,a leader to make positive impact but if they lack, then a significant negative impact is experienced on project performance. Conclusion: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience influences leadership to make decisions which impacts the project performance, hence should be valued for professionalism.
