Paper Title
Design and Implementation of Emergency Information System Based on Connected Car
Abstract
Advances in automotive technology have allowed automakers to provide drivers with information about their
current status. However, most drivers are aware of the condition of the vehicle through limited information, such as checking
the car in the dashboard while driving, or even after a problem has already occurred. This is especially true in existing vehicles
where smart technology is not applied. This causes the vehicle to be seriously damaged, resulting in secondary accidents
caused by accidents and massive traffic problems requiring social costs. These problems usually have in common that users
could be prevented if they were given the right information in a timely manner. In this paper, we aimed to provide users with
proper information on a timely basis. In order to solve this problem, OBD-II collects in-vehicle status information and
transmits it to users and surrounding vehicles. Were used. This was done to prevent problems caused by vehicle breakdowns
and provide opportunities to cope with problems when they arise.
